Deposits are generally non-refundable, as dates are reserved exclusively for your booking. However, cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled stay may be eligible for rescheduling, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.
Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled date without notice will forfeit their payment.
In special cases such as emergencies, management may allow rebooking at its discretion.
Bookings remain valid during normal weather conditions. Rescheduling due to severe weather warnings may be considered depending on the situation.
