1. Booking and Payments

Reservations are confirmed only after payment or deposit has been received. Rates may vary depending on the date, number of guests, and type of stay.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out times must be followed as agreed during booking. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and taking care of the property during their stay. Any damages to property, furniture, or facilities may result in additional charges.

4. Use of Amenities

The swimming pool and other facilities must be used responsibly. Children must be supervised by adults at all times. 

5. Conduct and Noise

We aim to maintain a peaceful environment. Excessive noise, illegal activities, or behavior that disturbs other guests or neighbors is not allowed.

6. Visitors

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight unless prior approval is given. Additional charges may apply for extra guests.

7. Safety and Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Management is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies depend on the agreed booking terms. Deposits may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Management reserves the right to refuse service or end a stay if guests violate these terms or cause damage, disturbance, or safety concerns.

10. Policy Changes

Hardin Ni Nanay may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
